Thought MA should jump into the fray of state-by-state discussions...:)

Okay so here's my breeder info:

Name: Elisa and Renee
Location: Weymouth, MA
Sire and Dam: Willie (William, a sable/white) and Charlie (Charlotte, a brown/sable/white tri)
Puppies were all sable/white

My dog, Pepper, was born 07/06/07; some of her litter mates were 07/07/07. I know there as definitely one, but up to three or four litters prior to this one (only one a year). The 2007 litter would have been their final one since both parents were fixed afterward.
