Jeers - To people who find dogs, cats, etc, and dont even attempt to find the owners.
How someone can pick up an obviously heathly pet and not try to locate the owners with the modern technology (microchip) offered these days is just outrageous to me.
If you dont want to even attempt to find the owners, try and find someone who IS willing. How hard is it to bring an animal to the vet to get scanned for a microchip, and it costs NOTHING!!?!
There are families with broken hearts everywhere who are missing their four legged family members, and have tried, like me, EVERYTHING.... and still do not have their pets back.
Please pass the word,"If you find a lost pet, bring it to the VET!"

I can't imagine anyone finding a pet would do nothing to find the owner. Suppose it happens though. I would bet your little one was stolen from your yard unless there was evidence of him breaking out. This is so sad.
