Does your corgi like to swim? :D
I took Kato to the dog beach park for the first time today. It was really funny how Kato looked confused when the ocean water kept surging and retreating on the shoreline. He even barked at the water moving onto the shore lol.
Kato jumped in the water when he saw the other dogs swimming. With his itty bitty legs, he wasnt the best swimmer but he was braver than some of the bigger dogs that were too scared to go in the water. He spent most of his time running along the shorline instead of swimming. Typical for a herding dog lol. Does your corgi love the beach too and is he/she a good swimmer ?

That would be fun to take Billy to the beach. Did the salt water do anything to Kato's coat? Dry it out or anything? Did he eat the sand? I have a feeling that Billy will eat the sand O_O LOL

The salt water didnt do anything to his coat. Just when i gave him a bath at home there was alot of sand left in the bathtub lol. Should of washed him off more at the beach since there is a bath station there too. Would Billy really eat the sand o.o??? None of the dogs did but Kato did get alot of sand on his nose because he kept sticking his nose in it lol. He kept drinking the ocean water too >.<. In the video I was saying "SHHH Don't drink that!" a lot.

LOL! thats probably because he was bored. Once Billy sees the other dog, he will probably find it more fun to run around and play instead of eat sand.

I have two that are opposite regarding the beach. My female was like "ahhhh I have sand on my paws....someone needs to get that cleaned up IMMEDIATELY" and my male which was running around like a wild dog from Bornio!!! ^-^

lol my male pup loves running around in the sand too..so much the sand has completely covered his nose and is all in his coat. He just loves rolling around in it :/ . I have to wash him twice! My bathtub still has sand in it even after the first wash at the park hehehe.
