Regular Corgi Meet ups

I am really interested in starting a corgi meet up group. I am not sure if there is already one started, i am not real savy lately on what is going on meet up wise! I am researching dog parks and have visited a few already! But just let me know what you guys think about it, and if anyone is interested in setting up a date to get together once a month or so with food, games and corgis :]

I love corgi meet ups. being around so many short legged stub butts is great! the few I've been to have been at Bill Archer bark park and the Danny Jackson one. They are a bit far for me but for corgi's I'd drive pretty dang far lol. I see your email is a lonestar one. Which one do you go to?

We would love to meet up once a month! It would be so nice to have a set time and day of the month so that everyone already knows to plan for it.

This is a great idea. The turnouts have been really great for the last few we've had at Danny Jackson. We would be willing to go to Cy-fair every so often. Maybe we could rotate the dog parks.

We need to have another Halloween meet complete with costumes! Penny wants an excuse to put on her cop outfit and lay down the law.

We are certainly up for another Halloween meet up. We will be attending the Corgi celebration in Buda the last weekend of October, but if you guys wanted to do it the weekend before I would be willing to do costume contest prizes again. If we get a good turnout we can have a vote for the prizes.

All of these ideas sound awesome, and yes we could definitely switch parks. I am going to start a blog about the regular meet ups, where they will be held, (we can vote on that), what food we will bring, the toys and what time of day! I will be posting the new blog link tonight. You guys save it to your favorites. When would you guys like the first meet to be? What day and where? There is this dog park down hwy 6 that is very nice! Me and Ben visited it the other day!

Well since the month is almost over I guess the next meet up is gonna be the holloween one? the second to last weekend in october is the 23-24.
