Do you need directions?
We have a loose group of contacts that I email. There are no fees, or other obligations. Just pick up after your dog and have fun. Anything else just ask. Maybe Pat can add to this. June
Try this link for directions. Kingston Park is not completely fenced. We meet in a field and try to stay aways from the road. Though you can see us from the street. The park is long but narrow. There are trails and woods to walk back further. If you bring Otto and get him used to the other dogs he should be fine. Just know that corgis will chase anything that runs so if he does get scared the other dogs will run after him and possibly scare him more.
I hope you do bring Otto and just get him used to the other corgis.
We will be meeting very soon at a fenced Dog Park. June
Best Bet - I figure you are coming from Mass. Follow Route 125 North off of 495 in Haverhill. Go into NH through Plaistow. Next town you hit is Kingston. You will see signs to the park on 125. Watch for Depot/Scotland Road.
Also Google 125 W. Main Street, Kingston NH That will get you in the general area.
That is a real good question - showers are in the forcast for Sunday.
Usually if we are going to call it off we'd do it around 10.
It all depends on the conditions though - if it's pouring and looks like it going to continue then we'll cancel. If it just scatter showers we'd still give it a shot.
We have had meetup that started fine but it was pouring a 1/2 hour latter causing everyone to scatter. We'll also had them when it has rained all the way to the meetup location - then it stopped when we got to the spot and we had a great time.
Since this question came up I will say that next Sunday April 25th, 1 PM some of us will be meeting at Portsmouth Dog Park.
This Sunday at Kingston State Park is still in the works but if you are coming a distance and want to wait in case the weather is lousy, consider joining us at Portsmouth? June
At the current time this is still on - some folks plan on going. I will in all likelyhood back out and go to the one in Portsmouth NH Next weekend - much closer.
The forcast does shows cloudy early afternoone - but i would expect a little drizzle to persist for a bit.
Use your judgement, especially if you are coming from a distance.
