It's Sammy's first summer and I notice that her tongue starts hanging almost instantly when we go outside. Since she was little she has always preferred the shade. I just try to make sure she gets water but I haven't had any problems yet,

Hi, mine get overheated...they don't like it when it's hot out or when it's raining..I'll take them out for their walk, but depending on how hot it is, it may be a very short walk! When we get home, I give them their ice, which they love! the youngest, Baby Lola will stick her two front paws in the ice and lay her head in it too..it's her spa treatment when we get back.
