I'm not an expert by any means, but when I got my Arby, he looked like a little sable porcupine (See my pics) His mom was a Tri and his dad a Red. As he got older, he turned completely Red.

Hi, If the puppy is going to be a tri we found out that they are born black and white with now red and the red starts to come in a few weeks, but can along time before you will know how much red or sable you will get.
With the greyish coat it will be red, sable, or fawn and it will be anyones guess for a while, but after around 2 or 3 months you'll know

Thanks for your replies. I am learning a lot by just watching the puppies grow on this site.
