I saw the little corgi girl at the Titusville shelter this morning. She is on a stray hold until 7-7 and already has an application on her. If it falls threw I will be next to get her. So we will just wait and see what happens. She is a cutie!

I will go to the shelter Thursday morning and check on her.
If she is still there I will see if I can spring her.
I can foster her till a forever home is found.

To everyone in the Titusville area. There is a lost female at the shelter - very well cared for but no chip! I am trying to bust her out and in the mean time tell all of you and call the Corgi rescue. Thanks for your help

hey all. Just wanted to share that there's a 4-year-old female corgi mix that could be Howie's twin at the NACC in Titusville (She's on page 3 of adoptable dogs). I would love to take her but my bf is adamant that we're a one dog family. Still, I can't get her out of my mind. If anyone's looking for an adorable corgi mix or is willing to foster please contact that NACC in Titusville. Thanks!

My sincerest apologies! I did not intend any animosity! I really got excited and wanted to help or adopt! Please forgive me if I created any heartache as I truly am not like that. I am a make love not war kind of person! Again, please forgive me! Virginia

Wow Virginia, why the animosity? The dog is neither mine, nor was the ad. Just trying to help someone find their dog. Perhaps instead of criticizing me on here, email me, for calling the dog a tri instead of a sable. My intent was to help get this baby home; not have a battle of wits on a discussion board that has NOTHING to do with the dog. Let's keep it about the dog finding its owners, as it has been my priority to do so.

I called. When someone finds a dog, they contact the shelter and the "finders" are given an ID #. So if the owners are looking for him, the shelter will get them together. This dog is a Sable, not a tri-color. This should help if someone is looking for him. There is another tri-color on the site that someone is giving away!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure where he is being held; the ad just says to call the number. That's why I posted that information.

I was there yesterday and never saw him. Maybe he was in quarantine area???

FYI Corgi owners: there is an AD in the Spacecoast Craigslist for a found corgi; I know I have seen this dog before because he was at the 2008 Corgi picnic in Palm Bay. I have pictures of him in my album. The ad was dated on the April 7. It lists a contact as the South Animal Care Center, Brevard County Animal Services: the dog is a tri-color male with mianly brown face and black edging; white chest and paws. Animal ID number is : A515104; number to call is 321-253-6608. If I am correct, the owners were an Asian male and Caucasian female in their 20's; she had striking burgundy red hair. Nice people. Please, if you know or think you know who I am talking about, please contact them. Thanks. Please get this baby home with his mommy and daddy!
