Was an only dog for 5 years, but not anymore! Learning about sharing, I hear sharing is good. :) I have corgi buddies already so hopefully it wont be too hard to share with my brother.

Lance is a pure breed cardigan corgi, at the moment he may appear like he is not because his ears are floppy. Lance is dealing with auto immune issues and vasculitis of the ears which affects the blood flow in his ears.

Tucker is a sweetheart, seems quite comfy here. :) So glad to be out of the shelter. I was so sweet the first time I met my potential owners I gave them lots of corgi kisses, I stole their hearts. <3

Guess what? Got an answer to prayer. Yes, the tick was carrying lyme but we took Butter to the vet this am and he was given a blood test and no, he doesn't have Lyme and is not a carrier. I am SO thankful and relieved!!! Thanks for your prayers, Natalie, Joy and Butter :)

Hi Natalie, Happy New Year to you too!! I saw the movie Marley and Me the other day, I can see from your last posting that you saw it too. I wish I hadn't of gone...no idea it was so sad...my husband and I were choking up and I was crying. Person next to us was sobbing. I thought it was a comedy! We are going to see Benjamin Button tomorrow...hope it is a bit more upbeat but I'm not sure, LOL

The 1st beach scene in the movie...thought I saw a dog just like Lance...then they showed him again and I think it was a blue merle australian shepherd but I was so excited for a moment. with all those dogs, you think they would have had a corgi!!!

How was your Xmas?

Butter loved the idea of opening gifts. Everyday we have to rewrap his gifts (quickly) and he gets to open them all over again. He doesn't seem to tire of this game. It is too funny.

I don't think he ever got so many toys before...think he was a bit overwhelmed Xmas eve so we saved his stocking until Xmas morning. We had so much fun with him. What a difference having a dog makes at Xmas!! I can only imagine what it must be like to have children at Xmas.

I hope you and yours are staying well. We are expecting a big storm on New Years night so we are going to the city in the early afternoon, catch a movie and dinner and then home for the snowstorm.

Oh those bandanas! Isn't he spoiled, LOL? I find most of them at our local street fairs (craft vendor fairs), where they are usually about $5 each. The one in pic #17 came from a pet store here called Dexter's Deli. Next time I am there I can see what the brand name is. That one was his birthday present!

Snoopy really a snooper now, non stop chewing, ignore ours command drive us crazy... He is such an angle when he is sleepy, otherwise he is a cute devil fears nothing. Really want Snoopy have a happy and healthy life like Lance. ^^

Thanks for the welcome. I can't wait to get Anselm! Your corgi has such gorgeous blue eyes. Guess he's a Cardigan because he has the long tail or you are in a nation that outlawed docking? Either way he is a beautiful and unique corgi :) and your other puppy faces too :3 are awesome.

Oh do I agree. This girl wears glasses maybe she needs them changed. I even showed her pics of mine and she still said pugs were cuter. Guess we all have our opinions, some of us just have better taste.

Yeah, she is only 5 1/2 months old. I scheduled the cardiology consult at Purdue today....I have just been through so much in such a short time, with losing my Great Dane in November to cancer and my mini dachshund in December to old age and cancer. I thought surely I wouldn't have to face anything like this again for a long time. We never know though, do we?

I have been out shoveling snow all morning!!! I am ready for summer!!
