I have a 3 yr. tri boy (jordan)
2 year tri girl (teagen)
9 yr lab cody
Jordan and Teagen are young and vibrant corgi's who love their girls at Camp Good Puppy every Friday they wake me up anxious to get to daycare!! Cody is my Lab that went deaf mid-life and is an easy going joy to have in my life he balances the crazy corgi's out nicely.
Thank you for your welcoming. I've just read about your dear Old Man. I understood he had a short live, just six years? You would feel really devasted.
Best regards from Irina & Zoltan.
Thanks, what a beautiful farewell to your one and only. It's so hard to let them go. I hope to meet all mine one day at "The Rainbow Bridge" and we'll all play together again, one big happy family.
I look forward to belonging to this group..

Christy, thanks for the warm welcome to the boys and me. We are excited about participanting in this community. It's nice of you to comment on the boys "looks." I am enjoying the both of them; however, they are a handful and training is a really challenge since they are joined at the hip...LOL

No, I have never bred any animals. We are going to neuter Cricket soon, too. I just really love the coloring of Teagen, I have never seen a tri that looks like her! If you ever do decide to breed her let me know. But I completely agree with all of your hesitations! She's a beautiful dog!!
It's nice to receive your welcome! My family and I are very excited to get our corgi. He will be our first corgi, though we have had dogs in the past. We are looking forward to having Charlie as a member of our family. We met him Saturday and will get him for good very soon.
Christy...thanks for the positive comment on Ponch's coloring...it is a real draw for people when the boys are out socializing. It has also been the source of a good deal of discussion on whether the boys are pembroke or cardigan corgis. Unfortunately the breed is in the wind; not responding to phone messages nor e-mails so we cannot confirm or deny the boys' lineage. Have to admit that it doesn't really matter since both are so precious :)

Thank you very much Christy! I just read your tribute to your "Old Man." It was beautiful and made me cry. These little guys are so incredible. My husband is worried what I'll do when we have to say goodbye to Bryan. May that be MANY HEALTHY HAPPY YEARS FROM NOW!
We wish you the love of another special pup (or pups) soon!
Christy. This is being typed through tears. Putter lost his big brother just before Christmas. He was 16 and a dear soul. at 15 1/2 he welcomed Putt into his family. We think we saw him smile when my husband put Putt on the floor for their first meeting. He spent his last days training Putter on how to behave. Putter in return made Jake's last days happy ones. Our hearts go out to you and we thank you for your welcome.
Thanks for the welcome to the group! We have unique little critters as our best friends! Corgis are very smart companions! We have Radar for over 4 years and have had our share of ups and downs. We went through beginning and intermediate training classes and still maintain contact with Radar's & my instructor.
Thanks for the welcome Christy! We can't wait to bring her home... I do have a photo of her. She will be 8 weeks old on September 5th.... We have already names her Bella...
Got your pic messages...my Wynn does herding ...of chickens and grandchildren...but he does do it well...as for the goats my female goat has all the dogs believing that she will head butt them...which she might!
are your corgis female. I had 2 female dogs (different breeds) that just would not get along. And since then I have never had 2 females together again, Do you think they will get along ok? Kind of nervous.
Thank you so much for getting back. Well these 2 are sisters and will be 11 weeks old on monday. So hopefully growing up together it will be ok. Plus when I had the other dogs fighting I had to learn some obedience stuff. So will start them on that. Although they fight some now and everyone says it is just puppy stuff. They have the first vet visit tomorrow so will ask them.
Teagen is adorable I love her markings. Oh forgot to tell you when the puppies do fight too much my older male corgi will go and nose in the middle to break it up so hopefully that will help too.
