Welcome Alicia, Snickers, Chloe, and Family! Your pet family is bigger than ours...hahaha! 2 dogs, 3 cats, 1 bunny and two kids (in college). Your baby is beautiful!

Welcome Alicia, Snickers, Chloe and family!

Thanks for the comment on our video. :) I'm a fan of the Newsboys, I'm glad you recognized it! Also I love the name Chloe! (Snickers is a great name too, I'm just partial!) I had initially wanted to name one of our future girls Chloe, but my husband wasn't in love with the name. When we knew we wanted to get a dog he said he wanted "a two syllable name that ends in an E." So I started going through all the girl names that were in the "baby name reject pile" so to speak and Chloe the Corgi was our top pick. Sandy, Kelsey, and Jessie were also top contenders.

Thanks, Alicia! I know God's got one out there that we need and who needs us:)
  • Kumiko

Thank you Alicia! Yes, Kona does this all the time... twitching and squeaking...
  • Erich and Stephanie Miller

Thank you very much. My wife and I are very, very, very excited!!! We have been looking at Corgis for about the last 9 months of research and just looking around at Corgis and now it is only days away! We are going to name him Rowdy, after the stuffed dog in SCRUBS. Which barely won over my wifes name which she wanted to name him Dinner, to go along with our plant, Salad. LOL. We are both super excited as this is going to be our first pet together and truth be told he is going to be spoiled!!! We will make sure to post up pics of lil Rowdy as soon as we get him home. Thanks again for the comment.
  • Mandy and Lori

Hi Alicia!! Awww, you are right Mandy does look a little like Snickers. Mandy has big ears too. Mandy was also very slim when she was little, she is over a year old now, but you are right, Snickers could stay slim or she may fill out a little too. You have beautiful furbabies!! Welcome to the group!!! ((BIG HUGS))!!!
  • Katelyn

Thank you so much! You're corgi is cute too! God bless you too! =D
  • Gail's Lil' Gizmo

I only ride for fun. I have a couple of friends that we trail ride for hours.. it is so much fun and so relaxing to be out there. I used to be very uneasy when Gizmo was a baby with the horses. Now.. he can handle himself quite well around them.. and loves to "help" me (he thinks) at feeding time. LOL> thanks for the welcome.. Many blessings to all on this site..
  • Monique

your pictures are great! I would love to have a corgi puppy.......maybe in the near future!!!
  • Sir Riley of Pembroke

Thanks so much. I am sorry for your loss. Your pup is too cute! You are so lucky to have so many pets! I have two cats and I want another dog but my husband says he likes the independence of cats...Maybe one day
  • Suzette & Rueben Dog

Cute little thing! Rueben came to me when he was 3 so I missed his baby stage....
  • Tina, Frankie and Georgie

What gorgeous photo's! Such beautiful dogs!!! :)
  • Worthington Natalia

Thanks, Alicia. We are so excited!!! I see you have 2 dogs also. How did Snickers take to Chloe? Was it a smooth transition?
  • Worthington Natalia

Ha-ha-ha! I have to watch Tod when he's around my 8 year-old chihuahua too. I think he's a bit too straight-forward for her:) One thing seems to be helping: when Tod is in his crate I make Lady lay down next to the crate (I am around them too) and just chill together. I think it helped them realize they are on the same level in this house.
  • Cookie Y.

We should connect. Some close church friends just brought home a deaf 5 y.o. child from China...she also has attachment disorder...they are dealing with it fine, but I miss seeing them. They could probably use your support.

Do you mind me asking her name? I might know her.
  • Norma

Thank you so much for the welcome. Maizy and I, so appreciate it! ;0] I really liked the picture of your two babies standing next to each other, very cute!
  • Cookie Y.

Thanks for reminding me...I e-mailed Kristen and gave her your e-mail address, along with a copy of our conversations. How are you doing? It is very cold here, especially for December, and we are headed to Missouri Dec. 20-27 (with Cookie) so hopefully, it will be warmer! Ha!
  • Gracii

    Your pups are so-ooooooooooo adorable!!
  • Sir Riley of Pembroke

Chloe is too cute! She is a beautiful pup! I hope to start over and get another corgi pup in Feb next year, I just lost my beloved baby in september...But as the time goes by I think its time to start over, especially when I see such cute puppies like yours!!
  • Cindy & Jeremy & Caden too!

Hey Alicia, thanks for your comment. You're right, Caden and Chloe both have the same forehead stripe. He had a black stripe down his back, which made us think he would be sable, but it's been fading fast. Your corgis are soo cute, what a handful!
  • Maribeth

Hi, Alicia! I take my dogs to Petsburgh since one of the vets lives right down the street from us and is very good. What practice is your dad in? Your fur kids are adorable! It sounds like you have a wonderful menagerie! And you can never have too many Corgis!!

I've been looking for some people to have a play date with! I'd love to let our little low riders run around!
  • Natalya Q

oh my goodness your corgis are precious! we were thinking about adding an 8 week old to the family, but our one corgi is enough for now. :-)
  • Andrea Nicole

Awww! I love the ears. So adorable.
  • Michelle K. Silver

Hi Alicia! Greetings from northeastern Arizona!! Your pics of your Corgi's are so cute. I wish my Corky would've stayed that small, but he's a full-grown 35lbs adult. I've thinking of getting another Corgi...perhaps a tri-color one, but dunno if I should get a female or male. I already have two male dogs (Corky & Jed). Here's a pick of Jed and little 8-week Corky.

  • Gracii

Awww - love your pics! Thanks for the nice comments about Kitsie - she's a joy. That face in the second pic is priceless!!
  • Brenda and Gary

Yeah I heard of it. I grew up in Peru so I always drive by. Can I ask what breeder you got Chloe from? Just curious...I may be looking for another corgi in the near future.
  • Brenda and Gary

I would love a play date, but our boy is very sick now. He was diagnosed with cancer a few days ago. He is moving very slowly now. We start new drug tomorrow, so we our hoping he is up to moving around a bit more.
  • Alice

Yes, especially right now since he is teething. :)
  • Winnie the Wookie

Thank you for the welcome! Yes, Chloe and Winnie have the same thin blaze, it's too cute. We're going away for spring break, after we get back I want to work on obedience a bit more, and then I think we may be ready for a playdate - that would be fun :)
  • Corgibyassociation
