    Thanks for the welcome - she doesn't herd them YET. She's getting very good at 'watching' them, but we discourage her chasing them as we don't want that to turn into eating them when she gets a little bigger. We hope she'll help us penning them in the future, though. On a search for a great trainer nearby Austin that will help us to develop her skills.

    That is our goal - and no, we don't have a rooster - but one of our hens is often broody and a bit too aggressive for my taste. We definitely keep our eyes on al the girls to be sure we don't need to fit Pocket with some 'doggy goggles'.

    Thank-you Yoda and Dave! "And Man Created Dog"....We just watched that. But I thought we were watching a "sneak preview" from the Discovery Channel. Either way, it was an awesome and very educational documentary. Corgi's had about 2 minutes on their about awesome herding abilities. If we are talking about the same flick, then you've obviously seen it. If not, look for it probably later in the fall on the Discovery Channel.

    Thanks, she is lucky as all her friends are down there, we go year round as the winters in Western Australia are very mild, she has also come up close with dolphins and a sea lion as they are regularly on our beach - Your boy is also very hansome and looks like he is also spoilt with his cafe visits etc - as they should be!

    Yea the cart is wonderful, but let the girl push it.  My husband said that people will look at him funny while I dared people to say somethig funny.  Its great when you are in crowds and worry about inconsiderate people stepping on your baby, some people have no respect, ya know.  This way you know your baby is protected and its great for flea markets where you can put stuff on top of it.

    Actually, it's "the porcupine attacked by a dog".  Yes, it's nasty.  The dachshund I grew up with had permanent scars on his nose.  Al saved our most ambitious mountain climb by being well-behaved with the porcupine.

    Are there porcupines in Taiwan?
