yeah, my dog definitely hates water with a passion. he sidesteps puddles when walking. oh it might take awhile to get used to the cottonball...scout just shakes them out so we got him an ear cleaner instead that we use after baths.

Im going to have to make sure to use a cotton ball next time! Im usually just very careful not to get his ears/face wet. I just wash the backsides with a cloth. This wasnt a scheduled bath, he fell backwards while going potty, lol.

hahaha i gave bailey a bath yesterday. i put a mini stool chair in the tub so he would stop scratching at my legs trying to get out. he just perches up on the stool and i bathe him. hahhahh =P oooo dont forget to put a cotton ball in each ear to prevent water from going down his ear. and yes bailey hates his bath, but we both love his soft and cuddly fur afterwards! i was doing it once a month, but i think i might do it every 2-3 weeks depending on when he starts itchhhinngg. =P They're so cute when they're wet n fuzzy.

He just really hates the water! Oh man is he in for a shock when I show him that the ocean is just right outside. (after his shots of course)
