He was too scared/excited. I let him jump in on his own, and get the water thing down-pat. He still hasnt "swam" so it will be a while.

hahah I took Bailey to the beach for the first time on Friday, and he licked the foam, but never drank the water. =P hahahah soooo were you giving cheez-it surfing lessons?!!?
