Mt. Hinman used to look like an ice cream cone from the north, but the Hinman Glacier will be gone in my lifetime (I'm 58). It's very sad to see how dry and bare the Cascades are becoming. We spent a whole day waiting out gloomy, cloudy, rainy weather, for this day. That's how it is in the Cascades.
