Dusty (Riley's best catfriend) likes baby animals. He's actually fostered orphaned guinea pigs, too. And no, not for dinner. Chicken Boo and D. are good buddies even as they got older, strangely enough...

*laughs* I seem to naturally manage to pick up the quirkiest critters for some odd reason. Dusty, well, I've had him since he was two days old - he's bottlefed, and he's sure he's people crossed with a smidge of dog, not cat. He's a well-adjusted guy, though.

Aw, I'm glad it brought back good memories, Kristen. :D Bob sounds like he was one of a kind. :)

Your picture reminds me of my cat "Bob" I had Bob for 19 years and he would sit and watch mice come in and out of hiding. Pure entertainment...he had no interest in chasing...just watching. Somewhere in my archive of old film pictures. I have one of him nose to nose with a mouse. Your photo made my day and brought back warm memories!

I must say, you have the most interesting collection of animals that I have ever seen. All my pets have their little quirks, but yours seem to go to the extreme of being unnatural. Especially when it comes to Dusty.
