The crate is a Firstrax Port-A-Crate E2 (http://www.lazypet.com/product.php?b=3&id=20). It's collapsible and washable.
The bedding I bought at Petsmart, I believe it was Companion Road. It's plush, and Gonzo loves it :o)

That's a really nice crate, what kind of bedding did you put in it? looks so comfy :)
