Oh, Luna has total tail envy, too! She goes after all tails she sees. River did as well. I think it's just a no-tailed Corgi thing.

Yeah, it's sweet to see them get along so well. However, Zoe may have a little tail envy when she tries to go after Puppy's long, luxurious, golden tail lol!
