It is purely genetic...they should have a foxlike brush.

Is how bushy the tail is purely genetic or does it have to do with the grooming? Finn's isn't as foxy looking as some Cardis but it's a good size.

Gosh what a gorgeous dog, I'm not used to seeing red Cardis (or Cardis, period); I though she was a Pem with a tail at first. But they're longer, aren't they?
