99% of the time I plan my outings around Ein’s nap/sleepy times, cause I don’t like to crate her while she’s so full of energy. If I can’t plan my outings around naps, then I try to plan her naps around my outings.

Tonight I want to take my husband clothes shopping for our 10 year anniversary trip to Cozumel. He usually gets home shortly after 6pm, so I figured we’d go shortly after he got home. So here it was 5pm and I’m trying to keep my Ein awake for another hour and half, but she was soo sleepy. So I decided to give her bath. That’ll wake her up! She hates bathes, and always runs around like crazy afterwards. After her bath I swaddled her in a towel, sat down on the couch with her and proceeded to massage her dry with the towel. She seriously fell asleep while I was doing this. She must really be tired. After I was finished, I just laid her down on the floor and she started chewing her bone. She’s not running around like crazy, but at least she’s not sleeping. That’s a compromise I can live with. Silly sleepy puppy.
