how old is your dog? i think carly is a little scared of water, only because we put her in our above ground pool this summer, when she was about 7 months old and she wouldnt stay in. I had to hold her and she went wacko !!

 i have been telling my husband we should take her to the beach, just to see what she'd do.

Dont know that id trust her off leash though especially if there is traffic,  because she wants to chase cars. Ive been  working hard at stopping this behavior :)  but  as well you know, they can be hard headed@!!

When this picture was taken earlier this year, she was not allowed off lead outside the house.  This summer she graduated into running free leashless on the beach!  The cops don't enforce leash laws here (they actually will tell you there are no leash laws) so it's a treat for both of us to be able to enjoy the beach in this manner since Corpus Christi doesn't have a dog park!  We consider the beach our big dog park.  :o)

i was wondering if you let her run free, i see shes on a leash here..
