Another summit bivouac, Aug. 11, 2012. I had completely forgotten the Perseid meteor shower until two passersby mentioned it -- in this most unlikely place for passersby. So we had the best seat in the house for the show on a clear dark mountain night, a life's ambition achieved totally by accident.
