Help! A rescue agent brought me this dog.  Tigger has a hear defect (a PDA) that can be fixed.  I have a friend who will do it for $1800.  CorgiAid won't help.  Anyone have any extra cash for a big sweetie with a good prognosis?  She is 12-weeks old.
