He wouldn't be allowed to play in the mud if I had white carpet!! This was taken at our local dog park and the back seat of my car is already covered in sand from when we go to the river, so a little dirty added wouldn't make a big difference. Mud also seems to kind of fall off of him pretty quickly too so that's a plus! lol
