OH, that is it.  You are small and as a result he looks bigger.  He is just precious.  I know you are going to have a ball with him.  Corgi puppies are so special!!  I'm glad you have your camera ready because you will need it frequently!!!!!!!!

Our breeder feeds all her puppies the same adult food as her adult dogs. She has been breeding and showing corgis in conformation for over 40 years, and we're very fortunate to have her guidance for the entire lifetime of our future corgi. He may look big, but it's a combination of me being a tiny human and him having all that puppy fluff! Our breeder says her puppies are around 10-11 lbs when they leave for their homes (10-12 weeks) and our boy specifically will likely be around 30 lbs fully grown, similar in size to his sire (Ch. Heronsway Sam I Am).

My boy got big quickly and it may have been because I was feeding him a small dog puppy chow rather than a large dog puppy chow.  I have heard that the latter is better for Corgis.  I changed his food and he gradually but is still above the average corgi adult male weight.  Your baby is adorable but he might be growing too quickly.
