Well I'm glad she has a Mama who appreciates her natural beauty now.  What makes people think these dogs need to be shaved?  Even the slightest bit of research into how to groom them will tell you not to.  And what groomer doesn't know better??

A cookie! At least, they thought cookies were in the offing.

Zoe is 4 and Dexter is 5. Melly is the new one. I rescued her about a month and a half ago. The previous owners had shaved her for her 4 -1/2 years of life. She is the only corgi I've ever lived with who would tolerate a coat, but she gets cold sometimes--her undercoat has not come fully back. I've lived with Pems for over 30 years now. Melly is my sixth.

Someone is holding up something very important in this photo, I can just feel it!  What dolls, so adorable.
