I lived in Costa Mesa but I have visited a friend in Riverside over the years and she lived near the Santa Ana

river and it was often dry!!  Maybe CA is getting more rain/water from somewhere now.

I haven't lived in CA for many years but I always remember it as dry.  Good looking dogs.
