Actually, it is just that Frosty is HUGE lol!!  He is at the very top of the size standard for cardis.  Most regular cardis look like midgets compared to him!

good lord! this is the first picture ive seen of a cardi with a person, and holy cow! cardis are HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE! (i mean, i know corgis arent small, but wow. i didnt expect that haha.)
