thats because he was a naughty little boy
he snuck into a mommy corgi's kennel (not his own) and tried stealing her food.
I assure you she was NOT pleased with him and bit him to diseplin him
The breeder asked me if i wanted to choose another puppy she was sorry for the accident and would understand if i didnt want him.
I always say deformaties and scars show character and i told her there was NO reason to trade him out for another pup =) he now has a little blackish spot on his head that is always gonna be there lol
