Skippy Jon Jones - passed away in Nov. of 2012. Our vet confirmed he had Von Willebrand's disease, and recieved internal injuries that we were unaware of when he scuffled with our neighbors 2 large mastiff mix puppies that had ran in our yard.....I had always been a firm believer in  "rescues" and "mutts"....but I didn't want to risk not knowing my dogs history and bloodlines....we paid more for Remington than I did my last horse....but we have his registration papers and his bloodlines and history...We miss Skippy soooo much...but are so thankful he gave us a chance to get to know this amazing breed....AND to cherish every moment we have with Remington!!
