Jack at work
At my company the employees can bring their kids to the office after school. Since Jack is my "kid" I brought him to work and the kids loved him!

Yes it's the policy, we're a small company. We have a TV and coloring books and quiet places where homework can be done. Sometimes we (co-workers) even tutor! We're dog friendly too...last week there was a French Bull Dog and an Akita running up and down the halls!
