I sent this same photo a while back to Natalie and Lance (Pecan Valley Corgi group owner); told her Lance and Kirby favor each other (except for the fluff). Elowyn's parents at Arian Farms (Princess and Teddy) came from Pecan Valley (as did Lance).

I'm sorry but I do not know. This was one of the pics that the breeder had on her blog. I would imagine ALOT of patience was the key. lol
