Cindy, Reepicheep is a Miniature Dachshund.  She weighs around 9 Lbs. to Mowgli's 24.  He is small for a  Cardigan.

Awww.....very cute!  I was thinking that daschunds and corgis were around the same size but in this picture, the corgi looks much bigger.  Not that it's a problem, my corgi's best friend is a german shepherd, lol.
