That's my Toby!  I think Rocky and Toby have the same color pattern and facial shape.

Toby's mother had a classy name that I can't recall. However... his dad is named, High Dollar Walter.

I laugh everytime I say that name, as I imagine some poker playing Corgi in sunglasses who chain smokes.
