She has a box of toys next to her kennel and I'm donating my soccer ball so she can chase it around. I jerryrigged the fencing around the tv stand to keep her away from the oddles of cables behind it. And, of course, I'm watching NCIS and the amazing DiNozzo.

Great set up! My apt used to be just as clean, then two months later....toys everywhere. I started just making a pile and kicking them out of the walking path.
We have very little furniture for our apartment, though you can't see the amazing sectional sofa that is on the other side of the living room. Hopefully, she won't be too interested in the tv stand. The barrier I made isn't anchored to anything, so she could move it. I'm just trying to disuade her from doing so. Piper would look cute on the bottom shelf, but I'm not sure Derek would want that ;)
I remember when my house used to be that clean. ;) Two children and two dogs later, not so much, haha! That's a good idea putting the barrier up between puppy and the television wires. I lucked out and Ellie left our wires alone, though she loves to lay down on the bottom shelf of our stand.
haha the one around the telly is definitely handy... Brody keeps trying to squeeze under ours... I had to stuff old pillows... he seems a little disappointed that I have ruined his little cubby house... but at least it doesn't look like our telly has a dog spirit living in it :P
