It works well! It's a kid's cart my husband modified. He filled the bottom w/a piece of foam stuffing (purchased at joanne fabric) left the seat area and child over the shoulder harness exposed to be able to attach doggie seatbelt strap.

I thought about getting one of these for Algy! Do they work well? That's one happy kiddo!! Love it!
