Hi Natalie,
Try it - Radar popped a few of the smaller balls, and also the big ones if they are not fully inflated.
But a fully inflated one just bounces off his snout and he loves it. They are pretty inexpensive - this blue one has lasted almost a year already.

The first one we had must have gotten away from some kid - just blew across the yard one windy day and Radar attacked it!

aww...looks like so much fun. I wish Lance would play with a ball like that, instead he just ends up popping them. : ( I am wondering if maybe an oversized playground ball would work, maybe he couldnt pop that one?
