John,

I checked out your photos and will return to view them all!  Stunning!  And I love your sense of humor.

We run the Jasper Banff Relay every year and our team does a scramble (not real hiking but we do get on top of a peak each year :)  so I love the mts almost as much as I love corgis.  Yours are both incredible.  Kismet was 14 in the photos I posted.  The day she died I wrote in my journal "If you've never love you've never lived.  If you've never cried then you're not human.  And if you've never laughed -- you need to get a corgi."  They do make simply the best companions.  I just figured it out today -- I joined this site to help complete the almost year long grieving process and remind myself how much I simply love dogs (esp. corgis) and how much they have always been an integral part of my life.  Thanks for being part of my journey.
