@Nicole -  That is Reese, the new rescue dog.  She was someone's baby but had been a couple of rescue facilities for over a year.  She thinks she should be in charge but has been sick (multiple problems) and now that she is feeling better, she is trying to assert herself.  She was probably wishing his birthday was over.
