About Me:: We had a corgi in our family for 9 years. We now have a rescued pomeranian named Ludwig von Happy. Our guinea pig, Buddy, has been with us for nearly 8 years.

About My Corgi(s):: Our beloved Pembroke Welsh corgi, Foxxi, passed away June 26, 2009 at the age of 12 years old. We had adopted her when she was 3. We kept her original name, although with the special spelling it sounded more suited to a stripper than a dog. :) She had a feisty personality and was high maintenance towards the end of her life, but we let her go while she still had a few pleasures left that she could enjoy. She had struggled for several years with degenerative myelopathy and had lost the use of her back legs -- her front legs had weakened and she could no longer move on her own. We gave her many treats and lots of love during her final days and I believe she was happy to move on.

I just found out that the dam is pregnant, and the litter is expected in late november. But I'm so glad that people from ravelry are making there way over here! My ravelry name is Lydigann, and I hope to see you over there too!
