I am looking to adopt a rescued Welsh Pembroke Corgi. I do not wish to go through a breeder because I cannot afford it. If anyone can help me with this, I would be grateful. We are looking for a young dog, will consider a mix, depending on the breeds, our 12 year old son has wanted this type of dog for quite a while.
