About Me:: My Cardi is the most joyous part of my life. She keeps me sane and happy... when she's not driving me crazy :)

About My Corgi(s):: Five and a half years young. Love Mama and Papa, little kids and well mannered dogs. Cats are fascinating, but meant to be observed beyond claw distance. All chipmunks must die! If I ever catch one, that is! I think grownups, especially men, are scary until they earn my trust. Then I'll let them be my friend, especially if they feed me! I'm a good guard dog, and no one sneaks by my house without a warning bark! I stick to Mum like velcro, and take a nap by the door while she's at work, until Daddy comes home. I love to get out of the house to go visiting, or go to the dog park, or for a boat ride on the river!

Is sick of editorial letters condemning dogs in public!

I have been responding to a handful of letters in my local newpaper (Stevens Point Journal) complaining about dogs in public. A few bad dog owners misbehave and we're all condemned and ridiculed for taking our dogs out in public. We have a beautiful public park nearby, and an open air Farmer's Market. I've been criticized in both locations for allowing Molly to accompany me. Neither is posted for no dogs.
