Welcome to My Corgi! Having one corgi of each type is the best! I hope you find a good match for your Pem. Have you tried looking at Cardi rescue? You may find another rescue. Otherwise, try the Cardigan Welsh Corgi Club of America to find breeders in Virginia. Try contacting a few to find a good breeder.
