I love dogs. I have trained dogs; obedience, canine good citizenship, therapy dogs.. I also rescued Retired racing greyhounds. Which was the most satisfying thing ever. I live alone, except for my cat Eddie,a rescue, and he just ignores the dogs, he has met! All of my animals have always been fixed, I think they are happier & healthier, and a better temperament.

I have always dreamed of having an adult Corgi, unsure of which sex..I do like the Pembroke, I love the Corgi Butt!! :o) At 1st I really just liked the red/white..now with all the color combinations, I will just let the dog choose ME!
It is really all about the dog, so I will just see who I match up with! I am extremely excited to get a Corgi, there is nothing like the unconditional love of a dog. I lost my therapy dog on 11/17/12 He was a 184# St Bernard, totally trained, so I have no worries about training any breed/mixed breed. I am ready for another dog to love, as this is the first time I have been without a dog, and it is so depressing, as I have had dogs all my life, til the end of their lives, and I stayed with them til their last breath. It was the least I could do, after all they did for me, all their life.
