About Me:

I am a happily married, mom to three active (human)children and three (four-legged) children. We have a Pug- Harley(aka-Monkey), a Pembroke- Louie, and a Tuxedo/Rag Doll cat- Mittens. 15 yrs ago my husband and I rescued lab mixes and then trained them for search & rescue work. Raising our children put a hold on rescuing until 3 yrs ago when we couldn't turn our back on Mittens. Then 2 yrs ago we cried about Harley and needed to rescue him. Louie came last month, he fit right in. After such a short time I can't imagine not having him!

Louie is a rescue dog that has stole our hearts. We are his third home, he was previously rescued from an abusive home. We have due to surgery complications for his previous rescuer. He is our first "herding" dog and is a joy to have around.
