Our first corgi, Wally, was acquired from a breeder in CA because he was a fluff and that breeder showed his dogs. Wally lived to be 12 and died of Cushings.
Our current darling is Charity, a retired champion who is 4 years old and queen of our hearts.
I've had a life-long love for Pembroke corgis and am happy that I've had two in my life. So far. I wouldn't mind another one now but my husband thinks one dog at a time is best!
