- My Corgi is VERY smart and obeys. However when I scold him he will actually listen and yawn at me. He knows several tricks. The funniest one is when I point my finger at him and say bang. He will then law down and not move till I say he can. I am thinking of giving him a cut for summer but not sure if I should.

Check out the site for a few discussion threads about cutting corgi fur. It's actually bad for them and it may never grow back the same. I live in broiling San Diego and we find better ways to keep them cool in the heat of summer :)
