About My Corgi(s):

A couple of days after my birthday, two years ago, a tiny puppy was abandonned across the street. I honestly wasn't sure she was a dog. She looked like a little fox, but red with white fur in a husky pattern. Friends guessed she was a Malamute, but I said, "With those legs?" She turned out to be a Cardigan Corgi mix (her father was Husky and Cardigan Corgi). Her mother, a German Shepherd x Husky x Greyhound (!) mix who lived down the street, had gotten out and distributed the pups around the neighborhood. Her family had promised my puppy to another person, but my little girl was so attached, she wouldn't allow me to give her back. I'm glad she did. Lucy grew into a perfect joy.
