- My husband and I are first time puppy owners to Ellen "Ellie" Ripley. This is the first dog for both of us. We have wanted a corgi for the past 5 years or so, so we're super excited about it finally happening. Ellie was born 11/3/14 and came home to us on 12/29. Expect lots of questions as despite reading a ton of books, we're very lacking in practical experience!
