My first was Baron, I helped adopt him from a shelter when I was in elementary school. After Baron went to live with my ailing grandmother, we got a Corgi puppy named Desmond. He was like my brother until I left to go off to college. He now lives with my grandfather to keep him company, since he lives alone in a house in St. Louis.
